Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have as a consumer. Please ensure that you read these carefully. Our terms and conditions do not affect the terms and conditions of remote selling granted by English law.

Making a purchase
By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying them (including passing your details on to couriers/Royal Mail).

We will not use your details for other purposes, such as marketing without prior consent.  Should you wish to have your details removed from our database, please contact us at: info@notebookland.co.uk

We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.

If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact Customer Service immediately.


Our website information is regularly checked, but if we find the price has changed when we receive your order you can be sure we will contact you to ask if you wish to proceed.

All items listed as in stock are available. Should you wish to purchase something listed as out of stock, please contact us prior to purchase at sales@notebookland.co.uk and we will give you details of next availability.

Delivery
Notebook Land UK aim to provide an exemplary service to all customers. We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us but we cannot give an exact delivery time. We ship order’s daily. Orders placed before 4pm will be shipped the same day as order.

Non-delivery of an order needs to be reported to us within 10 working days of the date of dispatch for UK addresses, European/worldwide deliveries please contact us after 15 working days.

You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defective or damaged item, please inform us as soon as possible, in order that we can resolve the matter with minimum delay.

Cancellation of Order and Returns
As a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund. You must inform us in writing of your desire to cancel within seven working days starting on the day the goods are delivered to you.

You must return the goods to us at your own cost or you may ask us to arrange collection, which will be chargeable.

We advise you to ensure the goods are well packed and adequately insured during any return journey that you organise.

We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs we may have incurred for collection/postal.

Please remember that once you have notified us of your desire to cancel the contract there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the goods, which should be in a new condition (unopened).
